Albany. Ga June 12th 1866

Gen Dear Sir

I take the liberty to write you a few lines I have written to you by Lieutenant Strong & have not received any answer from you yet & he stated to me that you said I must make a seeing of those Accts & all the money that was here no more to be spent & all of this has been edress & I supose have been sent to you by him over three weeks ago & note of $90.00 that sent to you to be clected [[collected]] more than a month ago & I have not heard any thing from it & I now am for fifty Bushels of corn & a mule that cost me $70.00 but my Cr is good an [[earth?]] that people still wate on me untill I can get a answer from you the first of next month I will be at your office & bring you all the paticulars & all of them are swan [[sworn]] to at that place Send me & answer if you please soon & let me know what I may depend on our crop continues to be green both corn & Cotton all of our unity my Layeer & our cotton is very fine Blooming & Looks well  yours - App[[?]]
