Gen Tillson

Dear sir
in my communication to the Loyal Georgian said Nothing in regard to the Bureau at my place that I know of. speaking of Bureau I did remark that in many cases the freedpeoples Rights had be abused by the southern people on account of neglect of duty resting on agents of the Bureau But as far as Bureaus are concerned I am a bureau man and am aware that the colored people could not get along here without the Bureau to protect them
