Story of how he started w/ Big Apple Circus as a cook. Enjoyed finding interesting d/l historic plates to eat. Cookhouse was circus's community center. People would stop by betwixt meals to meet. Circus folks usually went off tent-lot in groups. Mostly stayed put. Recipe from Hazel at Carson and Jones. In return, they got a special show. Allergies: Not a good combo at circus. Mostly had to eat what was available.
