5. (1) 1/4 c butter
6. 1/4 onion
7. 1/2 mustard, dry
8. 1/2 Worcestershire sauce
smidgen salt    2 c milk
roux -> 1/4 c flour                         


(2) Spinach -> pressure cooker after 2T water
(3) add 1 C cheese to roux
     next add spinach
(4) drop sauce in crepe roll
