CONT.- as more pitcher were incorporated, the opening narrowed. Nearing the end, [[??]] pitchers were used to bridge the gap. Stan next lashed the corners of the trap together with more yucca fiber. The final opening was closed with parallel twigs. Stan and Don and apprentice, Raymond, trimmed the larger arrow-weed.
