Armenian coffee= 17th century Armenian 
merchants started coffee shops

Description of different Armenian coffee pots & cups
One cup water, 1 tsp ground coffee, 1 1/4 tsp sugar
if no sugar called bitter
turn cup upside down when done

Can be called "black" coffee or "eastern" coffee or "Armenian coffee"

"If it doesn't run out, it's not good."

Rituals - family & friends join together in morning. Can also be done for for guests served with a pastry or some other sweet.
