Being in Detroit changed my concept of Armenian cooking traditions the community in church groups hold on to their identity in L.A. the cultures are transparent and visible. But in Detroit they [[?]] move secret and I started cooking in churches exploring the traditions and urning like almond joy was created by 6 Armenians in US.
