Fastest meal, in Catalan, is a stir-fry.

Make a piccata; cook garlic, parsley, tomato add fish and water.

In second pot, fry bread in olive oil, then add hazelnuts plus more parsley and garlic.

Vahe: Often use wine in cooking, About 30% it is solid, so if you boil it down, you gt a wine taste and same texture.  Red wine used for glazing meat.  Don't use high-quality wine for cooking!

Bread and other elements of piccata (parsley, garlic and hazelnuts) are mashed with a mortar and pestle.  
Uses for old bread: croutons, bruschetta, etc.
