* (1) Father & Daughter then joined by his wife/mother. Iranian, learned to cook when young and make food look good "You eat with your eyes as well". Lived in Germany for many years and was chosen as a food cook. Cooked up 1st anniversary brunch for his wife. Daughter Arlet speaks a bit, then her mother | wife comes in and talks about life and food

(3) Sonique is Syrian-Armenian & Dutch. Talked about Syrian food. "Turkish" or former Armenian. She is researching older food ways of Armenians in Turkey. She has an old 1851 cookbook.
(4) Sonique wanted to add about her Dutch heritage food. Pies, cookies, and pancakes. Smoked fish.
