Meat

Preparing the Meat

- salt the meat. and add pepper. and dried basil
Making Khorovat is a male duty.
- Layer meat in pot and put a layer of onions between each layer. white onions

Vegetables
- Stick whole green bell pepper on a shish
- cut open wedge of eggplant and insert slices of pork fat.
- Then, stick eggplant on a shish.
- slice potatoes (in once inch slices)
- pepper the potatoes.
- we don't salt them because the fat already has salt.
- stick alternating slices of potato and pork fat on the shish.
