Normally, Whoever is older gets to speak 1st, but today we'll do it opposite way.

Hasmik Popular salad through all of Armenia - used for holidays 
parsley, lettuce, tomato pepper - used w/ most meals every day.

Hasmik Peeled potato & carrot, pickled cuc & peas, mayo, sour cream olive or sunflower oil, egg, salt & black pepper. used to boil meat & veggies whole, if you pre-chop faster but lose vitamin richness

Hrispine Chops cucumber elegantly but not used to her American knife, Norm in Armenia there is a specific cuc to a particular village. This one she's using is a good equivalent. Leave a bit of peal on. Salad looks beautiful w/ diff colors of pepper, but here using just red. This kind of pepper is considered a delicacy but the ones in Armenia is good.
