Sujukh means "sausage"

Ingredients: strained grape juice, walnuts, cloves, cinnamon, love

divide each walnut into 4.
string walnut pieces [[strikthrough]] until [[/strikethrough]] onto the string.

Blend one cup of flour per liter of grape fruit concentrate
put mixture through strainer.

Put on a low flame and stir continuously
 
You can also use hazelnuts!

When the syrup has thickened and is boiling at the top, add spices.
