MK: Can be 2 types, w/ filling of "horris," made of flour & sugar. Only yolks. Baking soda. in a 
mixer using ghee.

For dough, sift Flour, Cut butter into flour, then grates the butter! Then more cutting. Then eggs & sour cream, plus vinegar & baking soda.

Gabbar is town of Gata origination; now sold widely as "Gabbar Gata." Mixing filling over after several minutes.

Cook is not sure other people could make this. Took 
her all her life to learn how.

30 - 40 min in over 200°C. Formerly used a clay oven.
