Remove some and look into 2nd sauce pan w/ water, add nuts, garlic, lentils, rice fruit lavash

Set aside some fried onions for salad

Add some flour & nuts to remaining simmering onions

Take simmering sorrel in 1st sauce pan drain, add into pan w/ simmering onions - and we have salad!!
  - garnish w/ dried cornelian cherry? or a pomegranate seeds
