He sings a song to start the ceremony. He makes the first toast, clinks glasses 3 times with #1, sloshing wine. #1: Says there's a belief that the wine has it's [[its]] own memory, so you must say something nice about it. Another interpretation is that kings would clink glasses, sloshing wine into each other's cups to ensure against poisoning. #2 sings a song about the taste full of food and the honor or the occasion.
