Sweet potato flour or normal flour medium texture till it doesn't stick to your hands.

mix w hands - pound tout
To make dough - more squish
Set aside to settle & rise cover w wet towel.
Later: brown sugar (some Hard chunks)cininon stick, cloves, anise, fig root cover, water, cover.
stir & stir or it boils over some way to the right when you see wrinkles in middle (slower) it is done
Fry: any oil drop in small piece of paper if it gets black oil is too hot.
Have a stick to pick the picorones bowl of water w salt
wet hands & oil take a bit of masa (should stay together) add flower if needed make "dough out" & put in oil put stick in center & twirl turns out like a twisted doughnut then put the syrup (honey) on top 5th of July she will bring a big bag of Tbn
