7. Both ladies come from different communities, but are cooking together
8. today. 
They will marinate the lamb in the rub.
"Huacatai" is an indigenous ingredient. Very strong.
Basting the lamb with marinade; let set for 1 hour.
How many people does 1 lamb feed? 5-6 lambs for 1,000 people. This lamb is prepared for the bridge builders, but can also be used for birthdays and anniversaries.
