Mototaxi is a small vehicle used all over Peru. It is a way to 2. diffuse art, brings it to the streets. (2) I've been working since I was 10 in my dad's 3. Workshop. It was a silkscreen shop. posters, & we did work 4. on vehicles. At the end of the 1990s there was a big 5. demand for vehicle painting because Lima grew. The 6. mototaxi is like a canvas for us. I have not painted 7. a lot, but I see them all time & know people who paint 8. them. They are all over Peru. Each region has their own styles of painting them. There are whole streets where people specialize in this painting. The work of painting mototaxis never ends.
