1. We have 18-20 acres of land. I am a farmer. I have 2. plots in seperate places. I grow corn, potato, 
3. wheat, fava beans, veggies, animals, chicken, 
4. guinea pig, bull/cow, goat. To move the crop we 
5. have a donkey. We are here because we are growing 6. quinoa & to show you our way of life & dishes from 7. PerĂº. We are making dishes w/ quinoa. You can make 8. many dishes w/ what we grow. You can't put chemicals on food, you rotate the crops. The land sleeps for one year. We use the same traditional system, no pecdicides. More space is given to the quinoa plants.
