Time to plant + harvest. Yucca - important crop to Kukama. Basic staple - Yucca. Floods destroy by flooded river so they take Yucca, ferment it, turn into dough, and make a hole in the ground + bury it, covered by up to a year (it lasts). Mash it down (casing) leaves + fill it with Yucca
Take it out + make Farino (flour), make bread or use it drink, thats how we live.
Masks - when water subsides (can last for 3 yrs) Jaguars, Tigers (Donna) - People who drowned, change their appearance and mask (faces) look like the dead.
(Kalawana People - look like the masks.
