1 big city there is 1 park Where you can sing HUAR all day long in Chinghai province; everywhere else it's discouraged. HUAR has a lot of metaphors that are slightly dirty/would not sing in front of their own elders/in public. 
2 kinds of HUAR- A 1 tune only- just change the words
B HuJAN? (180 diff. tunes), but usu. [[usually]] only sing 40 some named after diff. ethnicities
