3. Noodle requires a lot of oil - very hot, about 200 degrees Centigrade - make onion oil

5. Dutan cooked noodle and put in cold water, drain
6. Put in salt, sesame oil, green onion oil 
7. Can put in more spice if you choose or anything else you like
8. Making own Noodles - Flour, salt, one egg, water - mix in middle adding flour and water as you think necessary, knead about 3 minutes, let rest 15 minutes
Roll out and around roller on floured board making a circle 
Make folds in circle so when cutting, they came out in long strands
& cut across put in boiling water to cook or can save in fridge for up to one month
