- Cook in covered frying pan (little bit of ghee)

Chapati - Eaten any time of the day/ with any [[strikethrough]][[/strikethrough]] meal
- Wheat flour, salt, sugar mixed with water/ kneed/let sit
- Roll out [[strikethrough]]mix[[/strikethrough]] dough-  [[strikethrough]][[/strikethrough]] very thin (2-4 inches wide)
- Brush out ghee to separate layers

Roll up in coil to make layers
