2. Henry: He ran to school as a boy 5K. In 1995, he had stroke.
3. At rehab center, he was taught how to run w/ guide.
4. Joseph: home in central Kenya, altitude 2,000 m. He walked 5. to school and was scolded for being late. He was friends w/ Henry & 6. started running at age 26. Very hard for 2 years. Finally got good enough he could keep up w/ Henry & at some time tell [[strikethrough]] He [[/strikethrough]] Henry what's going on.
8. Henry: 1st guide to [[?]] work well. I kept falling down. Started holding hands. Now have 6th elastic band & other road signals.
Sometime he tells me there's someone right behing when there isn't so I'll beat my own record (over)
