E. A. Gaines Esso Servicenter is located on Main St., in Tappahannock. Va. It is one of the finest stations in the town, and there are few to surpass it anywhere in the state, Mr. Gaines also holds a franchise to handle Firestone Tires and Accessories. This attractive part of the business is managed by Mrs. Gaines.

operated by Negroes in the Charleston area. H. A. Lum, owner of the station is an ex-Navy man, and
cleanliness, efficiency and courteous service have made him one of the outstanding Dealers in the city.
