Please send us invoice (bill specifying the contents and value). For goods valued over $100, a Consular invoice is required for clearance. If no invoice has been received, send specification of contents and value.
Enclosed find owner's declaration which please execute before a and return to us together with a remittance of $ being the estimated amount for duties and charges.
On release of the goods from Customs, they will be sent to you by Freight or Express, as you may instruct.
