I, Thomas W Dewing the undersigned, a citizen of the United States, an artist, residing at, Paris do solemnly, and truly declare that the work of art mentioned and described in the within invoice were executed and produced by me, and that it is intented to ship the same to the port of Detroit there to be entered, duty free, as the production of an American artist, under the provisions of Section 2505 of the Revised Statutes of the United States.
