Judd now on duty in the Bureau to the 14th Infty & that he can be replaced by 2nd Lt. Martin Mangan. who is unfit for regimental duty.  Augt. 11th Retd The services of Lt. Judd are [[?]] valuable to the  Bu. but if the good of the service requires his relief no objection can be made. The suspension of Lt. Mangan's assignment is requested with it can be ascertained whether his services can be used to advantage. |
