Reports the number of persons now living in Potomac City formerly known as Barry Farm and invites the attention of the Commissioner to the fact that about one half of the children there unable to attend school for the reason that the school house is entirely too small. He therefore recommends that the school house be repaired and enlarged so as to accommodate all the children  Estimates the cost of repairing &c at about Two hundred dollars |
