Your communication of 1st Inst. has been received. The Asst Commissioner directs me to sat that you will have the Orphan children referred to charged to the nearest point on the Rail Road, with as little expense as possible, and there given in charge of the conductor with the request that he will have them delivered to the officer of the Bureau in Atlanta.- You will forward your bill of expenses incurred in transporting them to the railroad to this office for payment.
