Personally appeared before me Samuel McEntire and his wife Violet McEntire [[strikethrough]] his wife [[/strikethrough]] and after being duly sworn say that they are sound and healthy and able to do good service  that I Saml McEntire am thirty eight years of age and I Violet McEntire am Twenty nine years of age  that we have three children  Eldest Twelve years
