-9- PASTEL. "DOORWAY". The interior of a hall at the left of which stands a woman and child. In the distance a street scene in green, orange, and black with two moving figures in black. Upright. 11 x 7". Signature, the Butterfly in orange and black in upper right-hand corner. PASTEL. A small draped female figure standing against a wall holding a purple fan. Small upright. (This pastel was left with Mr. Whistler in June, 1902, he having expressed a desire to do some additional work on it.)
