It is mutually agreed, in consideration of the rate of freight hereinafter named, as to each carrier of all or any of said property over all or any portion of said route to destination and as to each party at any time interested in all or any of said property, that every service to be performed hereunder shall be subject to all the conditions, whether printed or written, herein contained (see conditions on back hereof), and which are hereby agreed to by the shipper and by him accepted for himself and his assigns as just and reasonable.

If the word "ORDER" is Written immediately before or after the name of the party to whose order the property is consigned, the surrender of the Bill of Lading, properly endorsed, shall be required before the delivery of the property at destination, as provided by Section 9 of the Conditions of the Uniforn Bill of Lading, on the back hereof.
