The claim of George English(Freedman) can be paid at this office. It is necessary however to apply to Bvt. Brig. Gen. Geo. W. Balloch, Chief Disbursing Officer of the Bureau, Washington D.C. in order that the money be forwarded to this paint.

If it should be the desire of English to have the money sent to this office, his presence will be required to receive the same.
