The simple fact that he has been sick once is not sufficient reason for his being transported, By the law destitution must be beyond the fault of the person before releif can be given (see S.O. 13. C.S. from this Office). The same rule should follow in a more eminent degree, any releif by transportation

A A A G Bureau R F & A L State of Miss with the information that the boy Neal, I am informed, is well, and at work in the country driving team, receiving $15.00 a month & his board - Neal is one of twenty who came from Alabama, in Augt, where they had been at work in the employ of Col Webster, formerly of the federal army, who, as they stated, induced them, thro the influence of the Bureau, to leave Washington, the fore part of this year, and who, after five months work, discharged them without pay
