Dist of Texas, 159./163 Lieut I would respectfully request that two picked men be ordered from Waco to report to F.B. Sturgis Esq. Sub asst Com at Marlin, Falls Co. Texas, for duty at that place. Agent B R F & A L. 75./ Will proceed to Sterling Robertson Co. and investigate the matter appertaining to the Estate of Samuel R [[Heurne?]] deceased and to take such steps in the case as to him shall appear proper and right- to promote and secure the interest of the beneficiaries therein! And if it shall to him appear expedient upon an investigation of the case to withdraw the same from the County Court of Robertson County as well as from the supervision of the present Administrator there of, he is empowered to do so. And take such action in appointing a receiver or administrator of the estate as shall be advisable requiring in that event of the present administrator to turn over all monies, effects and assets that are in his possession - to such persons shall be designated to receive them.
