Sir :- Mr Hy Kissinger states that he has not received his bounty & discharge which you informed him you had in your possession of letter of July 12th and which you stated would be sent to him upon his notifying you how it should be sent He states he has written four times upon the subject and received no reply He desires the discharge & money sent to this City by "Express". Please let me hear from you on the subject.
