Geo. Webb. for the months of Nov. & December, Private Webb is detailed for duty at these Head qrs. as messenger, but has been permitted to remain on duty with you. In case he has not drawn rations for the time included in the Vouchers, the Vouchers can be given him, should the contrary be case they will be returned to these Head quarters.
