Hoge Justice of the Peace at Rusk to arrest a party when required (mentioned in your monthly report for May) I am directed by General Reynolds to ask you to furnish a statement of the case, give a copy of the order to him to make the arrest and his refusal to do the same if possible in order that sufficient evidence may be obtained to cause his removal.
