Post Commissary of Subsistence Austin, Texas Sir I have the honor to inclose herewith vouchers for commutation of rations for Corp'l George I Smitzner Co. "D" 17 Infty, and Private Jacob Arnsom Co. "C" 17 Inf., for the month of January, 1868, at that time on duty with Wm. H. Rock Sub Asst. Com, at Richmond, Texas.
