Commissioner &c Washington D.C. 11/19 General: In compliance with Circular Letter of the 4th Ult. I have the honor to inclose herewith a copy of the deed of the property upon which this Bureau has erected a school building in this city. Since the execution of the deed the trustees have been increased to thrice by the election of the following named colored persons - Howard King. Milton Wright.
