This day came into open court the Grand Jury for the present term of this court, in charge of their Bailiff, there being a full and complete panel present and through their foreman presented to the court the following Bill of Indictment, which was by order of the county regularly filed in the court by the clerk of this court.
To wit-
The State of Texas vs. W.A. Milner
Manslaughter. Endorsed thereon "A true Bill" signed Thos. Lamb foreman of the Grand Jury

Manslaughter
On this day the fourth day of the present term there entered into open court William A. Milner as principal and L.B. Wortham, Albert Denning, J.B. Rogers, John Karnor, H.A. High, B.A. Philpot, H.R. Cockerell, T.I. Mays and Joseph Lyme as parties who acknowledge themselves jointly and severally to and to the State of Texas the sum of [[?]] thousand and Dollars, to be levied of their lands, goods and tenements; to be void nevertheless upon condition that the aforesaid principal William A Milner shall make his personal appearance at the present Term of the Hon District Court of
