I have the honor to transmit to you monthly returns & reports of abandoned property, and rations issued to freedmen. during the month of April 1866—

No change in the freedmen's school during the month ending April 30th 1866 but one school here under the general direction of the Assistant Commissioner of the Freedmens Bureau
Miss Fannie Campbell is conducting the school with sixty Freed Children in attendance
