I have the honor to forward the monthly report of this country  I should have called for Blacks in time to send it in on the 31st of last month if I had been aware that it was necessary the A.A.I. Genl told me when he was here that if I had no Blacks to send my report by letter I will endeavor in the future to renderd better satisfaction in regard to my monthly reports I am almost at loss to know how these blanks should be filled out as I never had an experience outside of my Company in that line  you will Please overlook this error and I will try to answer for it in the future, as no blanks is furnished for making out school reports I would state that the condition of the school is good one teacher & the average number of pupils (35)
