Sir, I have the honor to request, that I would be furnished with a Copy of Special order No 35, dated Head Quarters Bureau of R.F and A.L. Galveston, Texas, March 25th 1867. When I passed through Galveston, in April 1867, I was compelled to draw money on my pay-accounts, from the National Bank of Texas. I had, of course, to leave my order (Special Order No 35) with my accounts, and have, so far, not been able, to get it back. In consequence I can not draw my pay, which places me in a bad position here. I
