after serving 4 months  Madam Hulbert transfred up a malicious prosecution and keep Emily in Custady the Baallance of the year. and then refused to appear against her on the trial thus Virtually admiting her innocense, but Emiley is entitled clearly to her wages and pay for her clothing and the parties are able to pay and should be made to do it

Note 
I have since learned that this man Furgeson is the individual who tried to interrupt Mrs. Fairchilds Compromise with Mrs Cupp alias Nanecy Holber in Capt Smiths name but I am now informed that Capt Smith repudiated Mr Furgusons interferance as wholly unauthorized by him - if this is true then the matter is all settled.
