I have the honor to request that the following estimate of expenditures may be allowed for the benefit of the inmates of the Freedmen's Hospital.

White washing building & lime  $40.00.
Erecting Privy  $40.00.
1 doz. common wooden chairs  $15.00.
Cooking utensils and sundry other articles of furniture &c. needed to render the patients more comfortable  $30.00.
Funeral expenses  $35.00
Total $160.00
