An examination of the School Report for Texas, of the Ass't. Comr. (last quarter) will exhibit many facts of prominent value to this statement, as showing the condition of affairs in Texas, the educational wants of the Freedmen, and the necessity for prompt and efficient measures, in relation to schools the coming year.
