received as official by the people, and regarded as furnished to the Press, with the knowledge, assent, and approval, of the Ass't. Comr. of the Bureau for the State, which general facts, constitute some, of many reasons, for the removal of the said Official to some other field of labor without delay, for the harmony and success of the cause involved.

I am fully satisfied, that Revd. Mr. Wheelock can never be pleasantly associated in the labors of the Association in any capacity whatever, and wherever, he by virtue of any official relations to the Commanding General, is authorized, empowered, or qualified to superintend, direct, supervise or inspect the school work, the Association will be chary of placing themselves, by their relations to that School work, in a position for the operations or interference of Mr. Wheelock, or left in any respect at the mercy of his paraphrastic pen.
