Should my action so far, be approved, I should be glad to have you write to Mr. Whipple immediately, for though he is now absent from New York, it will be forwarded, if not acted upon by Rev. Mr. Smith, who is really the business man for the entire Association. It would be expected, that the number of school houses ready be given, and the stations designated.

I desire, that the Bureau Roster be sent regularly as issued to Mr. Smith at New York. It is valuable to them, and shows the ground controlled by the Bureau, and the necessity of endeavors to meet the enlargement of Bureau influence by School and Educational facilities. Also, any other documentary evidence likely to be of interest or supply desirable information.
